We had run into Kim a few times during open houses before we ran into her again looking to buy our house. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the house and what we needed to do. We decided to go with it and list our house at the same time. We were very hesitant on listing our house as we had it on the market for 6 months in 2016. Kim assured us that we'd be able to sell it in a short time and gave us a few suggestions to make it happen. And it did- in 7 days, we accumulated 3 offers! She was very communicative, easy to talk to and great to work with both on the buying and on the selling ends of things. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home as she often times went above and beyond to help us out throughout the process (watching our dogs, unlocking and locking our dogs, if it had to happen and we were not available- she took care of it).
