We respected her approach and responsiveness so much that when it came time to sell and move on, 4 years later, we hired her. She was extremely responsive and provided realistic information. She has gone the extra mile on several occasions to help us get our home sold. She always had a positive attitude, even when trying to deliver any kind of criticism or feedback. Kim traveled to Lancaster County from Lebanon roughly 15 times to show my husband and me houses during the height of the very competitive housing market. During the showings she pointed out trouble areas and potential problems with some of the houses that we would have missed, and she was able to assist us with making the necessary quick decisions and creating sound offers when we wanted to bid on a house. Throughout the process we felt that Kim truly had our best interest at heart and never once pressured us to make a purchase. Due to the house being sold as an estate it was not eligible for an FHA or a VA loan. I had to go conventional and Kim did not blink an eye at this whatsoever. She knew the ins and outs from top to bottom. There were times that I needed to come to her to sign paperwork and instead she drove all the way out to me. We were very hesitant on listing our house as we had it on the market for 6 months in 2016.
